The crew at Ingman Marine are the best in the business! I discovered that my trim motor went out on my outboard a day before I was scheduled to leave for vacation. I called to see if they could help and they told me to bring it in and they had me ready to go in a couple of hours. Just incredible!! The entire team is always professional and go out of their way to serve their customers. Gene is a great leader of this dealership and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty when needed. Devin Moran is incredibly efficient, providing clear and detailed work orders and thorough follow-ups, as well as prompt communication responses, every time. We especially appreciate how they make the process effortless by picking up our Bennington Pontoon from a public boat ramp, always exactly on time. Chris, who handles the transport, is extremely dedicated and treats the boat with great care.
